I bought this stroller to replace an old Combi that was a hand-me-down. We have 2 kids, so the older one is out-growing the old Combi (the guardrail is not removable). We searched for double strollers but have decided on this for:
1) double strollers are wide, and will take up ALL the trunk space in a sedan - we love the tri-fold feature of this one
2) the seat is WIDER and can hold up to 55 lbs (a major plus for older kids like mine who refuses to walk)
3) it has a carrying strap - but we tend to hang this on our Graco Metrolite so one parent can push both strollers
The only thing I hope they would improve (but it's more like picking bones from an egg), is that at 12.5 lbs, it's listed as "light-weight". We've been spoiled with our old Combi, that really doesn't weight anything, I'd say around 5 or 6 lbs. But given the full features of being able to accept a car-seat, a reclining seat, and able to hold a 55lbs child, I'm glad they made this sturdy. Some reviews states that it's difficult to push or the wheels falling off. I would think wheels falling off would be an installation issue, as we pushed a 40lb child around Disneyland and Legoland without any problems. And since we ARE pushing a 40lbs child around, I don't expect it to have the greatest agility.
